Meet Daliah
Owner/Licensed PMU Artist
Daliah is a state Licensed Master Cosmetologist and a Licensed & Certified PMU Artist.
​
She holds 10 certifications in permanent makeup, specializing in ombre powder brows and lip blushing techniques.
Her biggest passions in life are God, family and her business/clients!
